Creating a new folder in Microsoft Outlook

To create a new folder, right-click Inbox and choose New Folder. Name your folder and press Enter. To create a subfolder, do the same except right-click on an existing folder.

Drag and drop messages inside your folders by clicking and moving the email with the mouse above the folder.

To select multiple messages, hold down the Ctrl key while you select the e-mails and then drag them across the whole folder.

If you can’ t see your folder, simply click on the triangle next to the inbox or folder to open or close the folder list.
