Adding comments in Microsoft Word

You can add comments in order to let the reviewers see your thoughts. Simply place the cursor in the place where you want the comment to appear, go to the Review tab and click New Comment, enter your comment, close the comment field and it will be visible on the document through the chat bubble icon.

To display the comment, click on the icon. You can easily remove comments by switching to the Review tab and clicking Delete.
