How to sharing the calendar with others in Outlook

You can share your calendar with others simply by making sure it is highlighted on the left side and then selecting Share Calendar on the Home tab.

Specify the contact e-mail address of the person you want to share the calendar with. In the details, now choose what you’d like them to see – availability only means they can’t see anything you’re doing, only whether you’re available or not. Limited details means that they can see your availability and the subject line of your calendar entry. Full details means that they can see anything, including the location and any notes you have on the appointment. Note that your organization may not let you choose this option with someone outside your organization.  Make your choice and click Send, confirm sending and your calendar invitation has been sent.
