Do you know how to add a page layout to Excel spreadsheet? Watch this to find out!
Adding page layout to Excel spreadsheet
It is easy to see how your spreadsheet will be printed by navigating to the View ribbon tab and selecting Page Layout. It is easy to add a header by simply clicking on Add Header at the top and typing in the text.

This is how the table will look on page, and it allows you to see that the text is separated from the page. Now let’s switch to landscape format. To do this, switch to the Page Layout tab, choose orientation and then landscape. This is still too large to fit on a sheet of paper. But we can scale it so that it is possible to fit it on one page. In the scaling area, move the down arrow to fit it on one page. And now it will print out correctly.
