Saving your Excel spreadsheet as a PDF

It is very easy to save your Excel spreadsheet as a PDF file simply by clicking on File and selecting Export. Click Create PDF first and then click Create PDF again. Select a location and press Publish.

It is also possible to save it as a different file extension, for example as a comma separated value, by selecting File, Save As. Press Browse and then click the pull-down menu next to Save. Select a value such as comma separated value.
