Automatic insertion of large sections of text in Microsoft Word

Use the “Quick Parts” function to automatically insert large text sections. If there is a long text sequence that you need to insert into multiple documents, you can start by selecting it and then navigate to the quick parts menu and choose, save selection to quick part gallery.

Rename it, click OK, then when you close the document, you will be asked whether you want to save changes to your existing template. Make sure that you save the changes so that the Quick Part element is available in other documents.

When you next start working on a document that requires this line of text, place the cursor, use the Insert ribbon to go to the Quick Parts menu and select the saved Quick Parts item. Save and use multiple lines of text as quick access parts and insert them into your document wherever you need them.
